Slippy is now being published under the
slippypackage instead of@slippy-lint/slippy(see release notes).Also, the latest version has a slightly different behavior for
sort-imports, where, for a given directory level, directories are placed before files. This PR also fixes the 4 instances where that order wasn't being used.
